The work is all in the setup, and the setup is short. After that a quote is a minute of your time, standing in the hallway.

   Build your price list once

   Add the jobs you do every week - consumer unit change, extra socket, bathroom tap swap - with your unit and your price. Materials too. Ten minutes at the kitchen table, done forever.

2. Step 02

   Add the customer

   Name, address, phone, email. Save it once and it's there for the next job. Tap to call or email straight from the customer card.

3. Step 03

   Tap the quote together

   Pick the customer, tap the saved jobs you need, nudge the quantities. The subtotal, VAT and total update as you go. Anything unusual, type a one-off line.

4. Step 04

   Send a branded PDF

   Your logo, your accent colour, your name at the bottom. Share it by WhatsApp or email before you've left the drive.

5. Step 05

   Invoice in one tap

   Job done? Convert the quote to an invoice - every line carries across, numbered in sequence. Mark it paid when the money lands.
